The Well(th) Initiative

First responders – our fire fighters, law enforcement officers, and EMTs – and our military personnel face grave occupational health issues that are often left unaddressed. The ramifications of these overlooked physical, emotional, and mental traumas are often deadly. 

Injuries, depression, obesity, and poor cardiometabolic health are all on the rise, but our standard healthcare system often fails to meet the needs of our heroes resulting in millions of unnecessarily spent dollars on lost time, overtime, and backfill for the city and declining health and performance for our personnel.
